Which NIS2 requirements does SNYFT directly address?
SNYFT directly covers incident detection, continuous monitoring, and audit reporting — the core technical requirements under NIS2. For full compliance you also need documented processes, an incident response plan, and organizational measures. The Professional plan is designed to handle the technical side.
What is the Founders Program?
It is a special offer for early Professional customers who help us fine-tune the product. They get a further 15% off annual pricing and three years of price protection for their original plan and included data volume in exchange for feedback.
How does data archiving work?
In the Professional plan and higher, we automatically move older data to cheaper but secure storage ('Cold Storage'), where it is ready for potential audit for 18 months.
How does the paid PoC work?
Professional and Business start with a paid 4-week PoC. The Professional PoC is tailored to your environment, with 100% of its fee credited when you convert to an annual subscription. The Business PoC costs 24,990 Kč; 100% is credited on conversion to an annual subscription, or 50% against each of the first two monthly invoices with monthly billing. PoC credit may only be used toward a follow-on subscription ordered within 30 days; it is non-cash and non-transferable.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, anytime. When switching to annual billing, you automatically get a better price.
Do I need my own security expert?
Not for the Start plan – the system is designed to be understandable even for regular IT administrators. For higher tiers, we provide advanced investigation tools (Entity Graphs, Forensic Search) that your internal analysts or our partners can use for deep incident response.
